On Saturday, July 18, Charlie Wells went to the Antwerp VFW to help Ken Reinhart celebrate his 90th Birthday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They were classmates through the third grade when the Wells family moved across the line to Indiana.
