On May 1 a resident of North Garden Apartments called the Antwerp Police Department and wanted to know if her ex-boyfriend had a valid driver\u2019s license. When the officer tried speaking with her in reference to the situation she got angry and hung up the phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 2 juveniles were reported throwing rocks through windows of the old business located at 307 W. River St. The officer responded, took photographs of the damage, later located the juveniles responsible and prepared a report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 2 a disabled vehicle was reported in front of the dentist office along Main St. The vehicle was later towed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 3 a resident of Daggett St. reported believing that a storage room attached to the apartment building had possibly been broken into. The officer responded and investigated the situation but did not observe any signs of a break-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 4 the Antwerp Police Department assisted EMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 5 a resident reported being scammed out of $2,500. The scam involved receiving a check in the mail, cashing the check, then purchasing money orders and mailing them to different locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 5 several properties received notices for tall grass and\/or junk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 6 a vehicle was stopped for an unsecured load. The driver was cited for an unsecured load and driving under suspension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 7 the Antwerp Police Department assisted EMS at Dollar General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 8 a resident of Stone St. reported that a neighbor\u2019s dog was constantly barking. The owner of the dog was notified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 8 a resident of Daggett St. reported that juveniles were knocking on her door and running away when she answered. The juveniles were located and asked to stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 10 a resident of Maple Dr. reported finding a golden retriever in their yard. An officer responded, retrieved the dog, located the owner and returned the dog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 11 a resident requested a vehicle unlock. The vehicle was unlocked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 11 a resident of Woodland Dr. reported a door-to-door salesman. An officer responded, located the person and informed them that a permit was required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 12 the Antwerp Police Department received an alarm call at a business on S. Erie St. An officer responded, found the building secure and notified the owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
