The following Recommendations have been approved: <\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 To place a notice in the Paulding Progress regarding Public notice in accordance with Section 3307.353 of the Ohio Revise Code that Suzanne Monnier, who was previously employed by the Board of Education as a teacher and retired through STRS, is seeking re-employment with Paulding Exempted Village School District in the same position following her retirement service.  The Board of Education will hold a public meeting on the issue of re-employing the above-named person at a meeting to be held on April 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM at Oakwood Elementary School <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 The following Policies:  Revise policies as noted:  3440 \u2013 Job-Related Expenses, 4440 \u2013 Job-Related Expenses, 5112 \u2013 Entrance Requirements, 5421 \u2013 Grading, 5430 \u2013 Class Rank, 6220 \u2013 Budget Preparation, 6320 \u2013 Purchasing and Bidding, 6325 \u2013 Procurement-Federal Grants\/Funds, 6423 \u2013 Use of District Credit Card, 6460 \u2013 Vendor Relations; New policies as noted:  6425 \u2013 Use of District Tax Exempt Certificate; Replace policies as noted:  7540.09 \u2013 Artificial Intelligence (AI)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Early Graduate – Ava Martinez as a 2026 PHS graduate, effective March 12, 2026.  All requirements for graduation have been met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Eric Deisler, Junior High Principal, for the purpose of retirement, effective at the end of the current contract year.  He will have served the district for 29 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Sarah Heller, JH\/HS Cafeteria worker, effective 2\/27\/26.  She served the district for  4 \u00bd months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Haleigh Kline, JH\/HS Cafeteria worker, effective 3\/27\/26.  She served the district for  3 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extended Contract:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
