A&nbsp;Vietnam veteran&nbsp;and&nbsp;past commander of V.F.W. Post 5803, Bob has devoted countless hours to volunteer work at the post and has made a lasting impact by helping fellow veterans in the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">The MVN Flag of Honor recognizes individuals who demonstrate outstanding service, patriotism, and commitment to their community.
