The invitational featured 43 teams and 340 wrestlers, providing a deep and highly competitive tournament atmosphere. Paulding came away with two individual placers, led by Thor Etter, who earned a runner-up finish in his weight class. Landon Dasher also turned in a strong performance, finishing fifth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"318\" height=\"492\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.westbendnews.net\/autonews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/PHS-Civil-Pumphrey.jpeg?fit=318%2C492&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50269\" style=\"width:300px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">TOLEDO \u2014 The Paulding Lady Panthers varsity girls wrestling team turned in a strong showing on Saturday, January 31, competing at the Toledo Start Invitational. Paulding had three wrestlers place in a competitive field, led by Civil Pumphrey, who finished as the tournament runner-up with a second-place result.
