1 Corinthians 15:58 NKJV Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have you been serving the Lord, year after year, Day after day, service after service, and suddenly doubt falls on you like a ton of bricks. Then you ask yourself, What the heck am I doing this for? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This could be for different reasons. Maybe you need a vacation or more time in God’s presence through fasting, prayer, and reading the word.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This scripture serves as a powerful encouragement to believers. Paul, the author, addresses the “beloved brethren,” emphasizing a sense of community and deep affection for fellow believers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The call to be “steadfast” and “immovable” highlights the importance of remaining firm in faith, regardless of challenges or distractions that may arise. This steadfastness is crucial in a world often filled with uncertainty and temptation. It suggests a strong foundation in one\u2019s beliefs and commitment to God\u2019s work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
