Envy is an emotion of the flesh, designed by the devil to wreak havoc on our lives. When allowed, it infiltrates our minds, igniting a relentless craving and focus on the achievements and possessions of others. This toxic mindset damages relationships, fosters animosity and resentment, and hinders our spiritual growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we confront envy, we must understand the profound impact it has on our well-being <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proverb 14:30 (NIV): \u201cA heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This verse highlights the importance of having a peaceful heart and the detrimental effects of envy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We must face this destructive emotion head-on through trusting Jesus Christ. Christ will give you the power to break free. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

By embracing the holy spirit through His word, we can reclaim our spiritual health, peace, and thrive beyond the resentments caused by envy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

James 3:16 (NIV) – “For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s time to trust God for all of your needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the Lord as our shepherd, we are fully provided for, lacking nothing and finding peace along the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God has many names, including Jehovah Jireh, which means “the Lord will provide.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I recite the 23rd Psalm, it always calms my nerves and removes my fears of lack or anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please recite it with me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, doesn\u2019t that make you feel better? (smile). God will provide for all of your needs and give you peace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
