ANTWERP, OH \u2014 On Saturday, July 20th, the quiet charm of Riverside Veterans Memorial Park was stirred by the sound of spinning spokes and heartfelt mission as cyclists with Ride for Missions (RFM) made a meaningful stop in Antwerp during their annual trek across the Midwest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group, riding in celebration of the 20th anniversary of RFM, is on a journey from Goshen, Indiana to Columbus, Ohio, retracing much of the original route from the very first ride in 2006. What began as a modest fundraising initiative has grown into a powerful tradition, supporting the mission of Rosedale International (RI) to bring the message of Jesus to some of the least reached regions of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ride for Missions cyclist, Bill Mishler, is 82 years old and has been a cyclist since 1977.<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The slogan for the ride, \u201cMake a difference in the world, one mile at a time,\u201d was on full display as riders paused in Antwerp not only for rest but also to share their mission with the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its inception, Ride for Missions has raised over $1.73 million and involved more than 1,000 riders and volunteers, who together have logged over 6,000 miles. This year\u2019s anniversary ride continues that legacy, combining physical endurance with spiritual purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rosedale International, the agency behind the ride, focuses on nurturing, equipping, and sending disciple-makers around the globe. The funds raised through RFM have been vital in furthering those goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
