The Antwerp Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 GEM of the Year Award: Todd and Jeff Cook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These two brothers have made a significant impact on the village by restoring several of Antwerp\u2019s historic downtown buildings. Their revitalization efforts have not only preserved the charm and heritage of the area but have also created space for new small businesses and beautifully renovated apartments on the upper floors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Known for their entrepreneurial spirit, the Cook brothers have demonstrated a strong commitment to community growth and development. Their work has breathed new life into the downtown area, contributing to both economic activity and local pride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the story isn\u2019t over\u2014rumor has it that Todd and Jeff aren\u2019t finished yet. More exciting projects may be on the horizon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
