The various disciplines presented to the class included Application Engineering, Product Engineering, Gear Engineering, materials Engineering, CAE (Computer Aided Engineering), NVH (Noise, Vibration &amp; Harshness), CAD Design, Gear Design, Pre-FEA (Finite Element Analysis), Standards\/Stack-Ups, Analysis\/Motion Simulations and a Test Lab Tour.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was stressed to the&nbsp;students that engineering is not a one person show.&nbsp; It takes working&nbsp;collaboratively&nbsp;with various groups within the company to achieve success.&nbsp; The student who participated in the field trip included Jaxon Cook, Cole Manz, Noah Schlatter, Keagen Sharp, Luke Stouffer, Selene Fernandez and Emma Stouffer.&nbsp;
