Candidates had already been scored on a video essay as well as their preliminary interview. During the live pageant, a panel of three judges scored candidates in the additional categories of Talent, Evening Gown Promenade, and On-Stage Question.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Queen Jubilee 50<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Avery Altenberger<\/em><\/strong> of Delphos St. Johns, daughter of Brian and Michelle Altenberger. Avery was also named People&#8217;s Choice. She will receive over $1,500 in scholarships and other prizes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1st&nbsp;Runner Up and Talent Winner<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Mia Rager<\/em><\/strong> of Van Wert High School, daughter of Nathan and Debbie Rager.&nbsp; Mia will receive a $1,000 scholarship for being named 1st Runner Up, and an additional $500 as the talent winner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2nd&nbsp;Runner Up and Most Photogenic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Ella Davis<\/em><\/strong> of Lincolnview, daughter of Tom and Amber Davis.&nbsp; Ella will receive a $750&nbsp; scholarship for being named as 2nd runner up and an additional $100 scholarship as Most Photogenic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Miss Congeniality:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Kinsley Kemper<\/em><\/strong> of Ottoville High School, daughter of Terry and Kelly Kemper.&nbsp; She will receive an additional $300 scholarship<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Community Involvement:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Allison Noggle<\/em><\/strong> of Wayne Trace High School, daughter of Matthew and Erica Noggle.&nbsp;
