The Scarlet Strutters Baton Corps is celebrating a significant milestone with the support of a $1,600 grant from the Defiance Area Foundation. Awarded during the fall grant cycle, this funding will provide for new uniforms and help cover the costs associated with the Corps\u2019 50th Anniversary Celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The grant recognition ceremony featured Drew Shindler, a member of the DAF Grants Committee, presenting the check to Ron Smith, the founder and director of the Scarlet Strutters Baton Corps. This moment underscores the Foundation\u2019s commitment to fostering community and supporting local organizations that make a positive impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
