This ribbon cutting is to show off the new monument in town (shown above).&nbsp; This monument was part of a county-wide project to honor this milestone of history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also on December 14th, Santa is coming to Woodburn! He will arrive at the Clock Tower and stay to visit with the children from 11:00 a.m. \u2013&nbsp;12:00 p.m. He will arrive on an East Central Fire Truck!
