The Board of Directors of Flat Rock Creek Fall Festival Inc. is sending out this notification to let you know that we will be ceasing operation, and there will not be a 2025 Fall Festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has become too difficult for us and participating not for profits to find volunteers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We feel the festival has run its course and will now become part of the Northwest Ohio history that it has celebrated for over 30 years. We would like to thank all those that have helped to make the festival possible over the past five years that we have been organizing it and give a nod to all those who made it possible previously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will be returning any deposits made for the 2025 festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All excess funds will be donated to local nonprofits that have participated in the festival. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We appreciate the support we have received in the past, and hope that all of that support will be forwarded to other community events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We bid a fond Farewell to you all!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
