PAULDING, OH:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harry R. Thomas<\/strong>, age 79, passed away on Monday, November 11, 2024 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne, IN. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harry was born on January 4, 1945 in Paulding, OH to the late Arthur and Elma “Ozie” (Simmons) Thomas. In 1963, he married Betty Jo Potter who preceded him in death in 2005. For 37 years he worked at B.F. Goodrich in Woodburn, IN until his retirement in 2001. Harry was a member of the former Mark Center United Methodist Church and a member of the Square Dance Club. He also loved bowling. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harry is survived by his children: Randall Thomas, Cecil, OH; Ronnie Joe (Shirl) Thomas, Bremen, IN; Robert D. “Bobby” (Rachael) Thomas, Cecil, OH; Wendell N. (Jennifer) Thomas, Latty, OH; Ryan H. (Tara) Thomas, Ney, OH; Heidi Sue Fry, Payne, OH; brother, Roger (Sharon) Thomas, Findlay, OH; 19 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Harry was also preceded in death by his brother, Charles Thomas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Den Herder Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rochester Cemetery, Crane Township, OH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitation will be from 4:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. on Friday, November 15, 2024 at Den Herder Funeral Home. There will also be visitation from 9:00 A.M. until time of services on Saturday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Memorial contributions may be made in Harry’s memory to Paulding Church of the Nazarene. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
