Premier Bank recently donated a check to the Defiance County Homegrown Council for $14,000. The funds will be used to sponsor the 2024 HOMEGROWN Program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe HOMEGROWN program nurtures local businesses here in Defiance County and gives them the tools they need to grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program is centered around providing market research and high-level tech assistance toward industry trends, search engine optimization and marketing,\u201d explained Erika Willitzer, Executive Director, Defiance County Economic Development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThrough the HOMEGROWN program, local companies & start-ups can make more strategic decisions when they are provided with the market research centered on their competitors, customers, markets and industry trends, which ultimately sets them on a course of tremendous growth.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
