This grant money will be put towards the ongoing Downtown Facade Enhancement Program. Building owners must first\u00a0 fund 50% of their facade enhancements and may request up to a $10,000 matching grant for the other 50% <em>(funded by DDVB and the City of Defiance so far)<\/em>.
