Tim Parsley, assistant professor of Painting &amp; Drawing and Program Director of Studio Art at the University of St. Francis has been working through the sun, humidity, and heat to bring this mural to life that Antwerp Chamber of Commerce commissioned from him early this year. The community is excited to watch it develop each day.
