She was a self employed hairdresser; a former member of the National Hairdresser\u2019s Guild; Rockford Chamber of Commerce; Shanes Crossing Historical Society; Secretary of Republican Women of Mercer County; President of Ohio Cosmetology Association Affiliate #44; and Rockford United Methodist Church, where she was also a substitute teacher.<\/p>\n<p>She is survived by a brother, John G. (Patricia) Pfister, Ft. Wayne, and four sisters, Marie Martin, Ossian, IN, Kathryn Louise Heirholzer and Matilda Howell, both of Celina, Ohio, and Pauline Baxter, of Willshire, Ohio.<\/p>\n<p>She is preceded in death by her parents; and brothers, Elmer, and infants, Paul, Ralph, and Robert Pfister.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral services will be conducted 11 AM Tuesday, September 3 at Latty Apostolic Christian Church, Latty, Ohio.
