Whether you laugh with a tee hee or a gigantic belly laugh, it is a noise we commonly love to hear. They say I have a distinct laugh, a sound of its own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Have you ever found something so hilarious you laughed so hard that you cried? Or have you ever laughed so hard you snorted? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is always good to hear your baby\u2019s first laugh. They say that a baby, when approximately three months old, sees something they recognize such as mommy or daddy or even a toy, they will often grin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are some things that happen in life that just tickles you, provoking laughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I don\u2019t know why I do this, but I laugh whenever I see someone fall. I feel so bad that my first inclination is to laugh and not be more helpful, but it never fails that a lot of times I laugh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think I would hate being Santa because all he really ever laughs is \u201cHo Ho Ho.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did you know that laughter is a social function? You laugh 30 more times as much when you are with others than you do alone?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of my favorite shows to watch is America\u2019s Funniest Videos. Now, granted, some of those things we think are funny probably hurt bodies and pride but some of those are very funny. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you laugh 15 minutes  a day, you will burn 20-40 calories. And the Bible tells us that laughing is good for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some people laugh and love a good joke. As for me, a joke will usually go over my head and maybe sometime in the middle of the night I will \u201cget it\u201d and laugh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you\u2019re busting a gut at a sitcom on TV or quietly giggling at a newspaper cartoon, laughing does you good. Laughter is a great form of stress relief, and that\u2019s no joke. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A good laugh has great short-term effects. When you start to laugh, it actually induces physical changes in your body. Laughter can stimulate your heart, lungs and muscles, increase the endorphins that are released by your brain, relieve stress and soothe tension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the long term, laughter may improve your immune system, relieve pain, make it easier to cope with tough situations and more easily connect with other people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is hard sometimes to just laugh, but according to research, laughter can be a good healing tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
