Nestled at the corporation limits of the village of Oakwood stands a Dollar General store. Dollar General stores are sprinkled by small towns and villages all across the United States of America. This Dollar General is a part of the Y-District (the only DG in Paulding County that is in this district).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, Oakwood Dollar General was selected as the 2021 Top 21% Dollar General. They were selected out of 18,000 stores in their district. This award is given to the store that is highest ranking in categories such as sales, customer experience, and loss\/profits (shrink). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dorothy Parks is the SML of the Oakwood Dollar General (store manager ladder). She has five employees to work with at the store. The best part of her job is her team and the customers, \u201cIt\u2019s not only the team, but our customer base. Without them, we couldn\u2019t have achieved this.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
