Feighner, past managing partner, received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association on May&nbsp;12, 2022.&nbsp; The Award honoree is selected by ITLA Past-Presidents, and Mr. Feighner\u2019s choice was unanimous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Feighner served as Assistant Allen County Attorney representing the Allen County Sheriff\u2019s Office and other county departments before the state and federal courts from 1977 until August&nbsp;28, 2018. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is a graduate of Culver Military Academy where he was Captain of Troop&nbsp;B, Black Horse Troop.&nbsp; He obtained his undergraduate degree from Brown University in 1973 and graduated cum&nbsp;laude in 1976 from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Feighner is Past\u2011State Chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers and he has been listed in the Best Lawyers of America since 2001.&nbsp; He is a Past\u2011President of the Benjamin Harrison Chapter of the American Inns of Court and he is a Past\u2011President of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.&nbsp; He has served five terms on the Board of Trustees of the Fort Wayne Museum of Art and he is a Past\u2011President of the Museum.&nbsp; He is a Past\u2011President of the Fort Wayne Country Club. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. Feighner also served three terms on the Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission and the Indiana Judicial Qualifications Commission.&nbsp; He has practiced law in Fort Wayne for more than 45 years. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is married to Margy Feighner and has two children, Spencer Feighner and Betsy Miller.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fort Wayne law firm HallerColvin PC announces that one of its senior lawyers, John&nbsp;O.
