Isn\u2019t it nice to just know some trivia about everything? With a curious mind and a big imagination, I love to know things that some people might call \u201cUseless Facts.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I went on a search on the internet and found some useless knowledge that may be interesting to some but may sound stupid to others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So\u2026\u2026.. let\u2019s dig into some (helpful) (useless knowledge.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did you know that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Rubber bands last longer when they are refrigerated?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. No number from one to 999 includes the letter \u201ca\u201d in its word form. (a challenge for you to see if this is true)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Edgar Allan Poe married his 13-year-old cousin. Oh no! (At age 13 I didn\u2019t even know why people got married)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Jupiter is twice as large as all the other planets combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. The Super Soaker was designed and invented by a NASA engineer. (Nice hobby and probably made him some money.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Flamingos can only eat with their heads upside down. (I wonder how they do that? (Maybe stand on their heads?)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Salt used to be a currency. (I still probably would not have much currency)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Alaska is the only state whose name is on one row on a keyboard. (this one I need to check out)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. There are only four words in the English language which end in \u201cdous\u201d: tremendous, horrendous, stupendous, and hazardous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. There are 32 muscles in a cat\u2019s ear. ( I don\u2019t even know how many muscles are in our ears)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 11. The chicken and the ostrich are the closest living relatives of the Tyrannosaurus rex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12.The largest bill to go into circulation in the United States was a $10,000 note. ( I would just love to hold it)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. A cubic inch of human bone can bear the weight of five standard pickup trucks. (Ouch)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. A dragonfly has a lifespan of only one day. (Aww poor little things)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15. Honey is the only food that does not spoil. That is amazing!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

16. Toy Story helped sell the Etch-a-Sketch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

17. Four out of five children recognize the McDonald\u2019s logo at three years old. (Wow)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

18. Barbie and Ken broke up in 2004. (Don\u2019t worry. They got back together in 2011.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

19. One single teaspoon of honey represents the life work of 12 bees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20. It\u2019s impossible to tickle yourself. (I bet I could tickle my own feet)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

21. It\u2019s also impossible for you to lick your own elbow. (well I sure want to try) (I bet you are going to try)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

22. Venus is the only planet that rotates clockwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

23. Pope John Paul II was an honorary Harlem Globetrotter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

24. Mulan has the highest kill-count of any Disney character<\/p>\n\n\n\n

25.  3.6 cans of Spam are consumed each second.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

26. The average American looks at eight houses before buying one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

27. Chalk is edible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

28. Most pandas in the world are on loan  from China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These are things I never thought about, but now I know just in case someone asks me! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
