ANTWERP, OH:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stephen Derck<\/strong>, 79, of Antwerp, passed away Monday, March 21, 2022, at his home. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Steve was born in Hicksville, Ohio on April 24, 1942, a son of the late Helen (Perl) & Joseph Derck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Steve grew up on his family’s farm and enjoyed hunting and fishing. As a young man, he was involved in 4-H club and a Car Club. Steve worked as a truck driver for 12 years, worked at Craig Transportation for 12 years, worked at H.G. Snook for 20 years, and also owned the Antwerp Shell Station for 6 years. He was an active member in his community as a CCD teacher, church council, the Antwerp School Board, and the Antwerp Town Council.
