The place was packed as Gibbons discussed with Paulding County residents about the upcoming Senators race, his opponents, the country\u2019s current state, COVID, and what his plans are when he gets into office. Gibbons is definitely confident in his chances of winning this Senate seat at the Primary and then onto the general election in November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mike Gibbons from Cleveland, OH area and is married to his wife, Diane, and together they raised five children. He coached numerous youth sports teams and volunteers on many boards of various non-profit groups. Gibbons is not a politician by trade. He is a businessman. He ran a middle market investment business and assisted many Ohio companies launch their businesses into profitable entities over the years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Honesty and integrity are at the forefront of Gibbon\u2019s campaign. Drawing from his Roman Catholic roots, he depends on truth, justice, and common sense to set a precedent for government. And Gibbons does not see any of that happening. \u201cNever lie. Always tell the truth even if it may be something they don\u2019t want to hear,\u201d Gibbons stated. He then continued, \u201cPeople are tired of politicians, they are tired of their speeches telling them what they think they are going to do, and then don\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When asked what makes Mike Gibbons stand out from other candidates which would make him a good US Senator. His response was this, \u201cI don\u2019t bend. I finish what I start. I do what I say I\u2019m going to do.\u201d He backed that statement up with this, \u201cWouldn\u2019t it be good to send a senator to Washington who knew something about economics?\u201d Gibbons thinks so and he is qualified as he studied this in university and taught it in a graduate school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paulding County Republicans, thanked Gibbons for stopping in Gibbons and speaking to the people. At this time, the group will not announce its endorsement of a candidate.
