The district spans across Northwest Ohio and covers Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Henry, Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky, Williams, and Wood Counties.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAfter a great deal of thought, prayer, and support from family and friends, I have decided to seek the Republican nomination for Congress in Ohio\u2019s 9th&nbsp;district.\u201d Riedel said: \u201cI am sick of career politicians making promises, failing to deliver, then passing the buck.&nbsp;Marcy Kaptur does not share the values of the voters in Northwest Ohio and it is past time for her 53-year political career to end.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a state representative, Craig has always stood up for the principles he believes in: limited government, fiscal responsibility, family values, and the American Dream. In Congress, he\u2019ll join the Freedom Caucus to fight with conservative stalwarts to promote an America-first agenda.
