Harlan Days had a great turnout with the exception of Friday night due to the extreme weather conditions. Thursday night was a nice evening with many events going on. The food was great and so was the entertainment.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, Bekah Bradley’s concert was cancelled Friday evening. People had been waiting\u00a0 to hear her performance. When the storms moved in officials started shutting down the fair for safety reasons and people headed out.<\/p>\n

\"OLYMPUS<\/a>Saturday was a completely different day with the parade starting off with beautiful weather and the ground drying up. Throughout the day more and more people began to make appearances. The entertainment Saturday was funny with Mike Hemmelgarn from Dayton, Ohio and his comic show. Following the show Mike made balloon animals and clothing (see picture).<\/p>\n

\"OLYMPUS<\/a>The Classic Car Cruise In had many cars and it’s own section of the fair. Shown in the picture is a 1960 Cadillac Convertible brought in by Mike Karolyi.<\/p>\n

At other parts of the fair there was a softball tournament and a 7 on 7 basketball tournament going on.<\/p>\n
