Presenting the award\u00a0to Andrea\u00a0 was Charlene Phillips the Outreach Coordinator for Mercy Health Life Flight Network, Toledo, OH area. Andrea was nominated for the award by EMT Kara Hart. Andrea has been battling cancer but still continues to run EMS which is something she thoroughly enjoys.\u00a0Sandy Cline was a Paramedic in the Toledo area and passed away unexpectedly in 2016.
