Main Street, Payne; Brown Township &#8211; Oakwood Fire &amp; EMS Station, 201 N Sixth Street, Oakwood; Crane Township and Cecil Village, Antwerp Village and Carryall Township \u2013 Divine Mercy Fellowship Hall, 303 W Daggett Street, Antwerp; Jackson Township &amp; Broughton \u2013 Township House at RD 126 &amp; RD 131; Emerald Township, Paulding Township (Latty Village), Paulding Village 1, Paulding Village 2 and Paulding Village 3 \u2013 Paulding Co. Extension Building, 503 Fairground Drive, Paulding; Blue Creek Township, Latty Township and Grover Hill Village, and Washington Township \u2013 Wayne Trace HS in the Junior High gymnasium, 4915 US 127, Haviland; for the purpose of choosing the following offices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiscal Officer in Crane Township for unexpired term ending 3\/31\/2024; 2 Trustees in each Township for the full term; Trustee in Jackson Township for unexpired term ending 12\/31\/2023; Mayor in Cecil Village; Mayor in Antwerp Village for unexpired term ending 12\/31\/2023; Mayor in Payne Village for unexpired term ending 12\/31\/2023; 4 Council Members in each Village, except for 3 Council Members in Cecil Village; 1 Board of Public Affairs Member in Latty Village and Payne Village; 2 Board of Education Members in Defiance City School District and Paulding Exempted Village School District; 3 Board of Education Members in Antwerp LSD, Ottoville LSD&nbsp; and Wayne Trace LSD;&nbsp; Putnam County Governing Board of Educational Service Center: 3 members; Western Buckeye Governing Board members:&nbsp; 1 member in&nbsp; District 2 (Crestview LSD) and 1 member in District 4 (Wayne Trace LSD); and determining the following questions or issues:&nbsp; Health Dept. \u2013 health programs; Sheriff Dept. \u2013 renewal, maintaining and operating jail; Grover Hill Village \u2013 EMS; Latty Village \u2013 current expenses; Latty Village \u2013 streets; Paulding Village \u2013 (3) police issues;&nbsp; Payne Village \u2013 current expenses; Payne Village \u2013 police; Benton Township \u2013 current expenses; Jackson Township \u2013 fire protection; Washington Township \u2013 fire protection<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The polls for the election will open at 6:30 a.m., and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should you have any questions, you may contact the Paulding County Board of Elections at 105 East Perry Street, Paulding, Ohio&nbsp; 45879, telephone number: (419) 399-8230. The remaining hours for in person absent voting hours with voting being held at the Board of Elections Office&nbsp; are October 27th &nbsp; \u2013 29th 8:00 a.m. \u2013 7:00 p.m.; October 30th 8:00 a.m. \u2013 4:00 p.m.; October 31st 1:00 p.m. \u2013 5:00 p.m.; November 1st 8:00 a.m. \u2013 2:00 p.m. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The last day the office may mail a ballot is Saturday, October 30th at 12:00 Noon. &nbsp; &nbsp; An application requesting the mail ballot must be completed first. The office will process the application upon receipt and then the ballot will be mailed to the voter. &nbsp; Please include contact information on your application should the office need to contact you due to an insufficiency.&nbsp; The USPS service says to allow 3 \u2013 5 days for mail delivery.&nbsp; Please don\u2019t delay if you wish to have your ballot mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Office email address: paulding@ohiosos.gov.
