The parade and the horse shoe tournament followed. Businesses and organizations from all over where there to start the morning off including: Woodburn Outdoor Power, Woodburn Lutheran School, Many of the churches, Allen County Sheriff&#8217;s Office, East Allen Ag &amp; Turf, Woodlan Band and Cheerleaders.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.westbendnews.net\/ABPhotography\/galleries\/FairsCarnivals\/photos.html\" target=\"_blank\">See pictures here:<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.westbendnews.net\/ABPhotography\/galleries\/FairsCarnivals\/photos.html\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.westbendnews.net\/ABPhotography\/galleries\/FairsCarnivals\/photos.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The tap dancing girls shared the top prize for Hidden Talent Contest.
