\"AUDREY<\/a><\/p>\n

Audrey Lynne Moore, 35, of Payne, Ohio, went home to be with her Lord &
\nSavior at 11:25 am Saturday, December 15, 2012 at Van Wert Inpatient
\nHospice Center after bravely fighting a lengthy battle with cancer.<\/p>\n

Audrey was born in Paulding, Ohio on February 16, 1977, a daughter of
\nNancy (Thompson) and Tony Burkley. On August 26, 2000 she married Chad
\nMoore. She was the Director of Student Life at IPFW and enjoyed
\nproviding the Orientation program for students and parents and
\ninstilling leadership skills in her students to provide a more
\nfulfilling college experience. Audrey also attended Woodburn Missionary
\nChurch.<\/p>\n

She graduated from Paulding High School in 1995 and received a
\nBachelor’s Degree from Bowling Green State University in 1999. She
\nobtained a Master’s Degree in Education from Indiana University at IPFW
\nin 2004.<\/p>\n

Audrey will be sadly missed by her husband, Chad; son, Dane (age 10);
\ndaughter, Mallory (age 7) all at home; parents, Tony & Nancy Burkley of
\nPayne; sister, Alison Burkley of Hilton Head Island, SC. She is preceded
\nin death by her paternal grandparents, Marion & Bonita Burkley &
\nmaternal grandparents, Virgil & Helen Thompson.<\/p>\n

Her service is at Woodburn Missionary Church, 5108 Bull Rapids Rd,
\nWoodburn, IN at 10 am, with viewing one hour prior on Wednesday,
\nDecember 19, 2012 \u00a0with Rev. Joel DeSelm officiating.<\/p>\n

She will be laid to rest at Lehman Cemetery, Payne.<\/p>\n

Viewing is also Tuesday, 3 to 9 pm, at Woodburn Missionary Church.<\/p>\n

To honor Audrey’s request, the family asks that in lieu of flowers,
\nthrows or other tributes, that donations be made to one of the following
\nmemorials: Woodburn Missionary Church Youth Group; Community Health
\nProfessionals (Hospice); Audrey Moore Memorial for Leadership
\nDevelopment Fund or the Moore Children’s Education Fund.<\/p>\n
