Ms. Ruschel took over the Program in January of this year, just ahead of the onset of Covid-19. The WMEA (Waste Management Education and Awareness) Program was created in the 1980\u2019s as a way to divert material from our landfills. Paulding County is actually part of a Four County Solid Waste District with Williams, Defiance and Fulton Counties being the other three. She will be presenting an update on what\u2019s happening in the recycling \u201cworld\u201d in general and for Paulding County, specifically. She\u2019ll be discussing the 3 R\u2019s of Recycling, the concept of \u201cClosing the Loop\u201d and filling us in on exactly where all of our material, that we work so hard to recycle, ends up.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; Please join us for this exciting and informative meeting.
