The Village can not take anything that can not be chipped. Violators have been dumping large items out of sight of the cameras or hiding them under existing limbs already at the site. This site is required to be chipped and all mulch and chipping must be removed by the village once per year by Ohio EPA. If this continues we will be cited and the compost site may have to be closed.
