With the extra precautions and protocols of social distancing, mask wearing and sanitizing of high touch surfaces ordered by the Indiana governor\u2019s office, it would be very difficult to keep volunteers, vendors and the public safe. Harlan Days has been operating each year\u00a0 the first full weekend of August since 1947 where it was originally on the old Harlan High School grounds.
