On July 4th the State of Indiana entered stage 4.5 of Governor Holcomb\u2019s \u2018Roadmap to Recovery\u2019. Indiana outdoor fairs, festivals and parades can now resume at 50% capacity. The Harlan Days Festival Committee is cautiously hopeful the current health dilemm a will gradually improve over the coming weeks. We are committed to following all safety precautions mandated by the Indiana legislature. Harlan Days is a completely outdoor and open-air festival. It is widely spaced across all of Harlan Park and therefore is uniquely suited for a safer and distanced social gathering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your family is ready to get back outside and have a good, safe time then come to Harlan Days on August 6, 7 & 8. All festival long watch as athletes compete outdoors at softball, basketball, volleyball, cornhole and kickball. The family fun open-air festivities include amusement rides, arena events, Friday night fireworks and a Saturday morning street parade. If you\u2019re hungry, we will have ten plus food trucks and plenty of spacious seating. If you enjoy live music, it\u2019s free all three nights at the outdoor stage. All are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket and enjoy some fresh air and the summer evenings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s stay healthy together!
