As a result of the investigation Antwerp Police Department charged&nbsp;James Prescott, age 24, of Hicksville, Ohio with Receiving Stolen Property a Felony 5<sup>th&nbsp;<\/sup>degree.&nbsp;On 12\/02\/2019 Prescott was arrested on the warrant for Receiving Stolen Property by the&nbsp;Defiance County Sheriff&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result of the arrest of Prescott a Search Warrant was executed at 208 W. High Street, in the&nbsp;Village of Hicksville, Defiance County Ohio by the Hicksville Police Department, Antwerp&nbsp;Police Department, and the Defiance County Sheriff&#8217;s Office. Several drug related items and several related items to the break-in were located at the residence.
