Wayne Trace Graduate, Marcie McDougle, ranked number one in the nation<\/strong> by walking only 3 batters in 16 games(0.31).<\/p>\n

Huntington Junior Marcie McDougle earned her first All-Conference award as an honorable mention Crosslands League honors selection this season. She was 7-7 on the season. The right-handed hurler gave up a mere three walks in 86.2 innings pitched to lead the nation in walks allowed per 9 (.31). She registered an ERA of 3.07 and collected seven wins in the circle, giving up 98 hits and 46 runs, 38 earned, while striking out 46. Huntington University is 18-16 overall.<\/p>\n

Marcie ranked in the top ten of the conference standings in nine different pitching categories.<\/p>\n
