Of the approximate 1,300 entries submitted for this contest, only 36 students in the entire country received the first-place honor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siera Octaviano received Honorable Mention in the same category. Boesch received a plaque, and both girls will get Quill &amp; Scroll National Winner Gold Keys.
