The 2019 Officers that were elected include: Larry Manz -President,&nbsp; Tim Copsey -Vice President,&nbsp; Sarah Noggle-Secretary and&nbsp; Jim States-Treasurer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Governance Committee reviewed and updated the By-Laws. The Finance Committee approved the 2019 budget in December and the budget was presented to the board. Natural Design &amp; Graphics is working with the Marketing Committee to redesign the PCED website, the new website will launch soon.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Director\u2019s report, financial report and Minutes from November 13th board meeting were reviewed and approved. There will be a Downtown Paulding Building Owners meeting on January 29th at the Branch Christian Fellowship basement at 6:30 pm.
