\nCarma Jean Doctor, 84,<\/strong> of Payne, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Paulding County Hospital.<\/p>\n

Carma was born in Antwerp on July 29, 1928, a daughter of the late Jessie (Engle) and Elmer Jones.<\/p>\n

She enjoyed working at Dana Weatherhead, Smith’s Drugstore & Dallas Lamb Foundation Home, crocheting, making ceramics, but most of all getting away to Michigan with her family and beloved pets.<\/p>\n

On June 14, 1947 she married William Doctor.<\/p>\n

Carma will be sadly missed by her sons, William, Jr. “Ed” of Payne, Bruce (Linda) of Hicksville & Stephen (Sherri) of Isle of Capri, FL; sister, Jane Boyer of Hamilton, IN; 9 grandchildren, 14\u00a0 great grandchildren and dog, Molly.<\/p>\n

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Bill; son, Brian; stepmother Mary Longsworth; brother, William Jones; sister, Lillian Lingvia & faithful friend, Chi Chi.<\/p>\n

Services are Wednesday, 11 am, St Paul United Methodist Church, 312 S. Main Street, Payne, with viewing one hour prior.<\/p>\n

Viewing is also Tuesday, 4 to 8 pm, Dooley Funeral Home, Payne.<\/p>\n

She will be laid to rest at Maumee Cemetery.<\/p>\n
