On December 8th, county rivals Paulding and Wayne Trace met up on the court for high school boys basketball action in The Palace.<\/p>\n

This annual match up went right down the wire. The first quarter was all square – 16-16. Steady back and forth with defense and shots brought the half-time score to a slight Panther lead at 27-25. With that slight edge, Paulding rallied to widen the gap by one more at the end of the 3rd quarter. The Raiders made a huge rally in the 4th quarter gaining 18 points to Paulding\u2019s 13. This tipped the scales to the Raiders giving them a County win.<\/p>\n

Gerber and Reinhart led the Raiders with 13 points each followed by Miller and Vining with 10. Mohr chipped in 4, Price 3, and Linder earned 2 at the free throw line.<\/p>\n

Panthers\u2019s Miller dominated the court earning 34 points for his team, Shull aided with 7, Cook with 5, and McGarvey, Manz & Eblin with 2.Kesler sunk 1 point from the free throw line for the Panthers.<\/p>\n
