Zane Bartley<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Paulding, Ohio\u2014A Warrant on Indictment was issued today for the arrest of Zane C. Bartley, age 32, for one count of Complicity to Aggravated Murder, an Unclassified Felony, and one count of Aggravated Burglary, a Felony of the First Degree.<\/p>\n

Information was presented to the Paulding County Grand Jury on November 8, 2018, regarding Bartley\u2019s involvement in the homicide of Philip Koenn, which occurred September 20, 2018. The crime occurred at 11243 Road 230, Cecil, Ohio.<\/p>\n

The US Marshals have been assisting the Sheriff\u2019s Office with following leads to locate Bartley.<\/p>\n

Bartley was located near Louisa, Kentucky, by the US Marshals and local authorities just before 4:00 pm today. Marcella C. Wright, age 29, who has an unrelated Warrant on Indictment for Possession of Methamphetamine out of Paulding County, was located in the same location as Bartley.<\/p>\n

Bartley and Wright will be extradicted back to Paulding County in the near future.<\/p>\n
