DEFIANCE – The Antwerp Lady Archers advanced to the district semifinals with a sweep of North Central Thursday night at Ayersville High School.<\/p>\n

The blue and white nipped the Eagles 25-23 in the opening set of the match before rolling to a 25-12 victory in game two. Antwerp then completed the three-game sweep by defeating North Central 25-21 to punch their ticket to the district semifinals.<\/p>\n

Chloe Franklin paced the Lady Archers with 27 assists, two aces and three kills while Karsyn Brumett chipped in seven digs and Madison Boesch added five.<\/p>\n

Alyssa Fuller added eight digs, two aces and seven kills with Kaitlyn Hamman recording 18 kills, eight digs and an ace.<\/p>\n

Kendall Billman posted six digs for Antwerp and Lydia Brewer had two. Heather Oberlin and Astianna Coppes had four and three slams, respectively, for the Lady Archers.<\/p>\n
