Fort Wayne Area Community Band will present its first concert of the formal season Tuesday, October 23 at the John & Ruth Rhinehart Music Center on the Purdue University Campus. Downbeat is 7:30 p.m. The program will include excerpts from four of Richard Wagner\u2019s finest operas called Wagner on Stage, a long lost Sousa march entitled Foshay Tower Washington Memorial March, An American Hymn based on Revolutionary War tunes, Georges Bizet\u2019s Carmen Fantaisie Brillante featuring the band\u2019s principle flutist Kelly Hornbarger, Back Home Again in Indiana and much more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
