At the Division IV District high school baseball match up on Wednesday, May 16th, Wayne Trace Raiders battled against the Antwerp Archers on the Golden Bear field. The match up proved tough as they defended the plate keeping the score at 0-0 for the first 2 innings. The 3rd inning was the game changer for both teams \u2014 good for the Raiders, not so good for the Archers. With 2 outs, errors were made by Antwerp, affording Wayne Trace to make 4 runs giving them the lead. This Raider lead held the status quo for the duration of this District match up.
