\"\"Ohio 82nd House District Rep. Riedel of Defiance has announced that Amelia Miller is the winner of the 2018 Ohio House of Representatives Student Art Exhibition.<\/p>\n

Miller is a senior at Antwerp High School, and taught by Lisa Girlie.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a very nice honor for Amelia that acknowledges her artistic abilities and talents,\u201d Riedel stated. \u201cAll of us, especially the Antwerp community, are very proud of her.\u201d<\/p>\n

The exhibition is open to the public at the Vern Riffe Center for Government and the Arts in the lower level Statehouse connector through the end of this year.<\/p>\n

The Ohio House of Representatives, Ohio Arts Council and Ohio Art Education Association joined together for the third annual student exhibition, which showcases high school artwork from all 99 Ohio House districts.<\/p>\n

The exhibition recognizes the talents, creativity and innovation of students who receive high quality arts education instruction as part of their academic experience in school and represents art by some of Ohio\u2019s finest high school artists.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
