On Sunday, April 15 the 5th annual Parkview All Star Classic took place at border school, Antwerp. The girls played the first game and both teams did well. Ohio snuck ahead when Rachel Williamson, Antwerp senior, burst out with several 3 point baskets in a row to take a serious lead over the Indiana team. Before the end the Hoosier side clawed their way back up but not enough to take the game. The Ohio girls took the match 63-52.<\/p>\n

Ohio MVP \u2013 Rachel Williamson, Antwerp, 15 points; Indiana MVP \u2013 Lexi Dellinger, South Adams, 20 points.<\/p>\n

Between the girls and the boys basketball games was the three point contest. For the girls, Rachel Williamson came out on top and for the boys the 3 Point winner was Zach Latham of New Haven.<\/p>\n

In a close match, the Indiana boys took the game, scoring 110-107 and the MVP was Aaron Hahn of Woodlan with 25 points. The MVP for Ohio was Jacoby Kelly of Van Wert with 21 Points.<\/p>\n

The Slam Dunk contest champ was Delphos Jefferson\u2019s Alex Rode.<\/p>\n

Schools representing Ohio included: Antwerp, Paulding, Wayne Trace, Van Wert, Lincolnview, Crestview, Hicksville, Delphos Jefferson, and Edgerton.<\/p>\n

Schools representing Indiana were: South Adams, Eastside, Leo, Woodlan, Heritage, New Haven, Adams Central<\/p>\n
