Lorene Eagleson<\/strong> age 83 died Sunday, March 4 at the Gardens of Paulding.<\/p>\n She was born in Middlesboro, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Hugh and Mary Melinda (Sharp) Gilbert. On August 26, 1977 she married Donald I. Eagleson, who preceded her in death on August 22, 1978. She was employed by Bryan\u2019s Bar as a waitress retiring in 1979.<\/p>\n She is survived by her children: Etta Pearce, Abbotsford, B.C., Sandy (Dave) Herman, New Knoxville, OH, Monica (Terry) Heck, Paulding, James (Lynnette) Green, Holgate, OH, Beth Morrow, Columbus, OH, Debra (Sed) Kocher, Columbus, OH, Michael (Carla) Greene, Statesboro, GA, and Richard Greene Jr., Lexington, KY; three brothers, Edward Gilbert, Ft. Wayne, Ray Gilbert, Rockford, MI, and Donald Gilbert, Columbia City, IN; 26 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren.<\/p>\n She is also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Heather; her brothers, Harmon, Leamon, Clifford, Worley, Woodrow, Stanley and Joseph Gilbert; and sisters, Evelyn Gent, Nellie Capps, Juanita Marsee, Walda Mae Bok and Maxine Gilbert.<\/p>\n Funeral services will be conducted 11 AM Thursday, March 8 at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding. She will be laid to rest in St. Paul Cemetery, Paulding.<\/p>\n Visitation will be Wednesday, March 7 from 4 \u2013 8 PM at Den Herder Funeral Home.
