This year they have named Linda Mabis as Conservation Educator of the Year.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Mabis is a fourth and fifth grade science teacher at Antwerp Local School. In 2016 she proposed an outdoor prairie next to the school. With a lot of help from donations she has established an area for observing the wildlife that becomes a part of our area. There are picnic tables, a pavilion and a mailbox with material to describe what the people are looking for. This area will also incorporate other outdoor activities in the future.
