A 2009 Mercury Mariner Sport Utility Vehicle, operated by Jill A. Perham, age 61, of Columbus Grove, Ohio was traveling west bound on Hillville Road and traveled off of the left side of the road.\u00a0 The vehicle continued through the ditch, struck a utility pole and traveled over the rail road tracks. The vehicle came to final rest in a ditch.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Perham was pronounced dead at the scene by Allen County Coroner\u2019s Assistant Jamie Sizemore.\u00a0 She was transported to Mercy Health.
